New Payment Website

(NOTE THAT THE DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO SEPTEMBER 13 FOR THE NEW PAYMENT PROCESSING SYSTEM INSTEAD OF AUGUST 1)

On September 13, 2011 Cherokee County Water & Sewerage will begin processing your online credit card and check payments using a new system. Our new system will include many of the features that our customers have requested in the past.  For example:

  • You will be able to save your Credit Card or Check Information to avoid having to re-type it each month.
  • You will be able to access copies of past water bills from the site (Only bills beginning September 1, 2011).
  • You will be able to automatically reset your password from the site if you forget it.

 

Frequently Asked Questions about the new System:

  • How will I access the new payment site?
    • Beginning in July, your water bill will include a temporary password for the new website.  You will choose a permanent password the first time you login to the new site .  You will not be able to use the temporary password and the new site until around September 13, 2011.
  • How will I find the new payment site?
    • You will use the same link from our main web page at http://www.ccwsa.com that you use currently to access the new payment processing site.
  • Are there any additional fees associated with the new payment site?
    • No.
  • What payment methods can I use when making an online payment?
    • Mastercard, Visa, and Electronic Checks are accepted.
  • If I am currently setup on automatic draft, will have have to do anything to continue on automatic draft?
    • No – Your payment will continue to be drafted as it has in the past.  Our online payment system is completely separate from our automatic draft system.
