OUTDOOR WATER USE

Effective June 10, 2008

Cherokee County Water & Sewerage Authority commends our customers for your excellent and continuing efforts toward efficient use of water.  Due to the significant rainfall and your conservation efforts, Georgia’s drought has ended.  Outdoor watering restrictions have been lifted, limiting customers only to the odd/even schedule.

Outdoor use of water for CCWSA customers is as follows:

• Odd-numbered addresses may water on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays
• Even-numbered or unnumbered addresses may water on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays

Water use may occur at any time of the day on the assigned days.

These water restrictions are in compliance with EPD guidelines. EPD will be monitoring Georgia’s water and may change water restrictions accordingly.
