Due to rate study recommendations, retail water and sewer rates will increase with January 2007 bills.  Water will be $4.35 per thousand gallons up to 10,000 gallons and $5.35 per thousand beyond 10,000 gallons.  This is an increase of $ .10 per thousand.  Sewer will be $5.80 per thousand gallons.  This is an increase of $ .13 per thousand.  Minimum water charge for a retail ¾ inch meter will be $8.70.  Minimum sewer charge will be $11.60.  These rates are for a residential 3/4 inch meter.  Water and sewer rate information for larger meters is available.  Please contact our customer service department at 770-479-1813 for this information.
